Hira Yapı values the personal data of its customers. We process the personal data you share with us through our customer information form or other sales and marketing channels within the limits specified by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, in accordance with the law and ethical principles.

The types of personal data for applicants who fill out the customer information form are as follows: conducting marketing analysis studies, conducting marketing activities, conducting communication activities, ensuring the physical space’s security, and securing movable property and resources are processed by Hira Yapı.

Identity: Name, surname, signature. Contact: Phone number, email address. Marketing: Information about how the applicant learned about the project, reason for purchasing a residence, type of residence of interest, district of residence. Physical Space Security: Visual recordings taken by our security cameras during your visits to our sales offices.

For customers who purchase real estate from our company, the following types of personal data are processed in addition to the above-mentioned personal data: for the performance of activities in compliance with the law, execution of real estate sales activities, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, performing finance and accounting operations, and performing contract processes, personal data are processed based on legal grounds such as the performance of the contract, explicitly stipulated in the laws, or the fulfilment of a legal obligation.

Identity: Other identity information in the identity card or passport. Contact: Address information. Visual and Auditory Records: Photograph. Customer Transactions: Information about the purchased residence, discount information, down payment information, payment information, check and promissory note information, invoice information, contract information. Finance: Bank account information (IBAN), credit information.

The information and documents provided to us are obtained through non-automatic systems in our company and are stored in printed and electronic format as part of a certain record system. In addition, visual information recorded by indoor and outdoor security cameras is obtained through automatic systems and stored in electronic format.

Hira Yapı processes personal and special category personal data within the framework of the legal justifications listed in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, which include processing for clear legal obligations, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, the data subject’s express consent, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Personal data obtained during the filling of the customer information form are processed based on the legitimate interests and express consent legal grounds, while personal data obtained during sales and sales preparation activities are processed based on legal grounds such as the performance of the contract, stipulated in the laws, or the fulfilment of a legal obligation.

As the data controller, Hira Yapı shares the data it obtains with competent public institutions and organizations, shareholders, and organizations with which the company cooperates (financial advisors, law firms, lawyers, banks, companies providing information technology services, and their employees) in accordance with the legal reasons specified in Article 8 of Law No. 6698. These shares are made for the purposes of conducting activities in compliance with the law, ensuring the operation of real estate purchasing and sales processes, following up legal affairs, conducting finance and accounting operations, ensuring information security processes, and executing contract processes. None of the personal data you provide to our company is transferred abroad.

Customers of Hira Yapı have all the rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects can request information regarding whether their personal data is processed, request information if their personal data is processed, learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether these are used for the intended purposes, learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in and out of the country, request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect, request the deletion or destruction of personal data, request notification of these transactions made to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and request the compensation of damages in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Your requests within the scope of the rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 will be responded to within 30 days, free of charge. However, if the transaction also requires a cost, a fee may be charged within the limits specified in the relevant Regulation.
